I was in a bind and need an A/C unit installed on my travel trailer. Venson was quick to respond and answer my questions. He is very communicative via text, which I appreciate. Once we got the A/C unit, he uninstalled the old and installed the new in about 30 minutes! So quick. He even took the time to explain proper maintenance for the unit and other parts of the travel trailer. I will definitely use V&S Mechanical again!

Ac was freezing up, I made a call to V&S and they scheduled me same day. They kept me up to date on their eta which made it easier for me to plan my day around and to make sure I was home when they arrived. They came in found a potentially issue fairly quickly, topped off my freon to make sure it wouldn't freez up again before they could come back with the leak finder. They scheduled me for my next appointment before their departure. Vincent was very informative and helpful with my questions about another project I'm hoping to use a mini split unit on. Thanks V&S!

I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family. I called after normal business hours and Venson was more than happy to come right away but since it wasn’t dire need I told him the next day was more than fine. He was here first thing and quickly found that our unit was too small for the square footage of our home. The very next day he had a better, bigger unit installed and we even got a great deal. Very professional and quick turnaround.

These guys are good. I called in the morning and the ac issue was fixed that afternoon. They are responsive, responsible and get the job done. My problem was in Charlotte and I live out of town. They txted me the issue, fixed it and were able to take payment online. It makes everything very convenient. Honest guys with a great work ethic. Give them a chance.
